IEEE802.11a/b/g compliant wireless LAN Driver
Overview
The IEEE802.11a/b/g WLAN Driver is a wireless LAN driver that supports the IEEE802.11a/b/g specifications. It allows you to develop wireless devices with ease when you use it in combination with PrCONNECT/Pro.
Marvell 88W8686 WLAN controller
Our WLAN Driver supports Marvell's 88W8686 chip set.
Performs high-throughput on PrCONNECT/Pro
Our driver assumes you are using the PrCONNECT/Pro TCP/IP stack, and is designed to provide the optimal WLAN throughput. (*1)
- (*1) Access point functionality is not included.
Supports both Infrastructure Mode and Ad Hoc Mode
The WLAN Driver supports wireless network devices to communicate not only indirectly through an access point, but also directly, one to the other.
Securities
The WLAN Driver supports WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy), and WPA-PSK, WP2-PSK, as well.
Source code available
he IEEE802.11a/b/g WLAN Driver is provided in full source code (*2).
